Rules of Conduct
We strive to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment so that staff and patrons always feel comfortable and secure when they are on the grounds or in the building.
Unattended Children Policy
Children under 10 years of age must be supervised by a parent, caregiver, or older sibling at all times.
Internet Policy
Utica Public Library is committed to supplementing its traditional print resources with access to electronic information sources such as the Internet.
Exhibits Policy
The Utica Public Library welcomes the opportunity to allow community groups, organizations, or individuals to use the various display areas of the Library.
Gifts & Memorials
Gift materials will be judged by the same material selection standards that apply to purchased materials.

Children's Room
The Utica Public Library Children’s Room has a wealth of resources and services available for use by children from infancy to 14 years of age.
Computer Use Procedures
No person using the computers will be allowed to view sites that may be considered offensive to others.
Meeting Room Use
The Utica Public Library provides meeting rooms and space for organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual or charitable activities.
Bulletin Board
The Library posts informational flyers and posters as space permits.
